The cellar houses small-sized steel vats suitable for the vinification, at programmed temperatures, of the precious nebbiolo grapes from each individual Barolo and Barbaresco vineyard.
Here the same wines mature, at a controlled temperature and humidity, in French-oak casks of varying sizes.
