Michele Chiarlo
ROCCA delle UCCELLETTE
Moscato d'Asti

Characteristics: intense, delicate and fascinating bouquet with clear notes of clary and peach. A sweet but very well balanced taste with a silky texture.
Life cycle: to appreciate its aromas to the utmost, it is best to drink it within two years of the harvest.
Serving temperature:
8-9° C.
Accompaniments
: delicate dry, fresh pastries and fruit salads.

The research that we have been carrying out for years in the most suited zones has enabled us to discover the exceptional quality of the Moscato d'Asti produced in vineyards planted on lands with an excellent soil composition and a superb exposure. The soil is decidedly calcareous and contains lime and other microelements such as manganese: the land slopes considerable: the per-rootstock yield barely exceeds the half-bottle: the Rocca delle Uccellette Moscato possesses a marked personality characterised by its delicacy and unique complexity.
